Theo Fightmaster

Theo Fightmaster began his career in baseball as a sports writer for the Marin Independent Journal following his graduation from Arizona State University. Following his journalism career, Theo became the Director of Operations for the San Rafael Pacifics Professional Baseball Club. After gaining experience in executive office operations, he moved on to become the President and General Manager for the Sonoma Stompers. He led this club until November 2018, when he was elected to be the Commissioner of the Pacific Association of Professional Baseball Clubs. In his current role, Theo is responsible for handling discipline and disputes in the interest of the owners, developing corporate partnerships and consulting the marketing and public relations team for the league and its individual teams.

David Mayberry

With a more technical background in sports, David Mayberry has an extensive amount of experience in scouting technology through his combined interest of sports and research. He completed his undergraduate degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and went on to acquire a master’s in Education from Cheyney University with quantitative and qualitative research in teaching, coaching, and learning. Throughout his career, David has provided sports performance insights and consultancy to hundreds of leading USA sports organizations and leagues and have helped develop some of the most credible United States brands in the sports performance technology industry. Currently, David is an Application Specialist at FlightScope. His role involves the development and marketing of a sports ball tracking radar system, which is primarily used in golf and baseball.

Frank Marcos

A graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, Frank began his professional career as an Administrative Assistant with the Los Angeles Dodgers and from there, he went on to become the Assistant Farm Director for the California Angels. For 26 years Frank worked for Major League Baseball as their Senior Director of the MLB Scouting Bureau. Following his departure from the MLB, Frank was hired by LBI Dynasty to be their product manager. In his current role, he is responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships with Major League Baseball clubs as well as providing insight and scouting expertise. Frank also serves as the Technical Commissioner for the World Baseball Softball Confederation.
